IZOZENĀ® FIBER PP

IZOZENĀ® FIBER PP is a short-cut monofilament fiber made of 100% virgin polypropylene with additives. It is produced through mixing, spinning, stretching, and special processes such as anti-static and anti-ultraviolet treatments.

Key Properties

  • Reduced plastic shrinkage cracks

  • Enhanced impermeability and toughness

  • Reduced plastic settlement

  • Alternative to crack control mesh

  • Reduced explosive spalling in fire

  • Increased abrasion resistance

  • Improved freeze/thaw resistance

  • Increased impact strength

Fields of Application

IZOZENĀ® FIBER PP is suitable for:

  • Internal floor slabs

  • Water retaining structures

  • Concrete buildings

  • Repair materials

  • External hard standings

  • Pattern imprinted concrete

  • Bridges

  • Precast concrete

  • Fire-resistant concrete

  • Extruded concrete

  • Agricultural areas

  • Piling concrete

  • Shotcrete/Gunite

Directions for Use

Batching Plant Mixing:

    • Add fibres as the first constituent along with half the mixing water.

    • After adding all other ingredients (including the rest of the water), mix at full speed for at least 70 revolutions to ensure even dispersion.

Site Mixing:

  • Add fibres on-site when batching plant mixing is not possible.

  • Ensure a minimum of 70 drum revolutions for proper blending.

Note: Fibres may be visible at the plastic stage but become less noticeable once the concrete hardens.
