IZOZENĀ® FIBER PP
IZOZENĀ® FIBER PP is a short-cut monofilament fiber made of 100% virgin polypropylene with additives. It is produced through mixing, spinning, stretching, and special processes such as anti-static and anti-ultraviolet treatments.
Key Properties
Reduced plastic shrinkage cracks
Enhanced impermeability and toughness
Reduced plastic settlement
Alternative to crack control mesh
Reduced explosive spalling in fire
Increased abrasion resistance
Improved freeze/thaw resistance
Increased impact strength
Fields of Application
IZOZENĀ® FIBER PP is suitable for:
Internal floor slabs
Water retaining structures
Concrete buildings
Repair materials
External hard standings
Pattern imprinted concrete
Bridges
Precast concrete
Fire-resistant concrete
Extruded concrete
Agricultural areas
Piling concrete
Shotcrete/Gunite
Directions for Use
Batching Plant Mixing:
Add fibres as the first constituent along with half the mixing water.
After adding all other ingredients (including the rest of the water), mix at full speed for at least 70 revolutions to ensure even dispersion.
Site Mixing:
Add fibres on-site when batching plant mixing is not possible.
Ensure a minimum of 70 drum revolutions for proper blending.
Note: Fibres may be visible at the plastic stage but become less noticeable once the concrete hardens.
