IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO SEAL 100
IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO SEAL 100 is a two-component, flexible, brushable waterproofing slurry.
It consists of:
Component A: Cement-based powder mortar
Component B: Acrylic resin
Once hardened, it forms a seamless, jointless membrane with excellent waterproofing and protective properties.
Key Benefits
Crack-bridging ability
Waterproofing against positive hydrostatic pressure (up to 5 atm, EN 12390-8) and negative pressure
Vapor permeability
Safe for potable water tanks (W-347 certified) and food contact surfaces
Protects concrete from carbonation and corrosion
Resistant to sewage water and aging
Bonds to slightly damp surfaces without primer
Simple, low-cost application
Suitable for green roofs, flower beds, swimming pools, flat roofs, and basements
Acts as a radon barrier

Directions for Use
Mix 15 kg Component A with 5 L Component B under continuous stirring until smooth, viscous paste forms.
Pre-wet the substrate to a saturated surface-dry condition.
Apply by brush in two or more coats depending on water load.
Avoid coats thicker than 1 mm (may cause cracking).
Apply each new coat only after the previous one has dried.
Protect freshly coated surface from rain, frost, or high heat.
For reinforcement at corners or junctions: use 10 cm fiberglass mesh strip (65 g/m²).
Fields of Application
Concrete, plaster, brick, cement block, terrazzo, gypsum board, wood, metal
Areas requiring high flexibility and adhesion under expansion, contraction, or vibration
Waterproofing for:
Flat roofs and balconies
Above-ground water tanks and swimming pools
Inverted roofs
Basements (internal or external)
Surfaces exposed to moisture or hydrostatic pressure
