IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO BITUPROOF 320
IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO BITUPROOF 320 is a dark brown emulsified bitumen liquid reinforced with latex rubber. It is formulated from selected raw materials to provide a high-build elastomeric waterproof and protective coating for concrete and masonry.

Directions for Use
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, free of oil, grease, dust, or loose materials.
Plug water leaks using IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO FASTFIX-100 (rapid-setting leak-plugging mortar).
Fill cavities and smooth surfaces with IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO DUROCRETE/DUROCRETE-F or a cement mortar improved with IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO LATEX.
Cut starter bars/spacers 3 cm into concrete and fill holes.
Open existing joints in a V-shape (3 cm depth) before filling.
Round off corners/wall-floor junctions with a fillet (5ā6 cm sides).
Masonry walls: fill joints or apply a LATEX-modified cement mortar layer first.
Old basements: remove plaster 50 cm above water level before waterproofing.
2. Application
Apply two coats. Second coat should be applied at right angles to the first.
Allow minimum 3 hours drying between coats.
Application tools: brush, roller, broom, or squeegee.
Do not expose coated surfaces to rain or ponding water for at least 72 hours.
Primer Coat
Normally not required.
For dusty surfaces: use BITUPROOF 320 diluted with equal parts of clean water. Allow to dry before applying full coats.
