Fields of Application

IZOZENĀ® FLEXFLOW G65 is versatile and can be used in:

    • Heavy-duty machine base grouting

    • Repair of structural voids and cavities

    • Precast construction joints

    • Anchoring bolts and steel reinforcements

    • Structural concrete repair works

Directions for Use

Pre-Treatment of Substrate
  • Ensure the substrate is clean, sound, and free of oil, grease, dust, or loose material.

  • Remove surface contaminants by water-jet washing or blast cleaning.

  • Pre-dampen absorbent surfaces before application (Saturated Surface Dry – SSD condition).

  • Avoid standing water or wet/dark-matt surfaces.

Bonding Agent

For large areas or dense concrete substrates, use a bonding agent such as IZOZENĀ® IZOBOND EP to enhance adhesion.

Mixing Instructions
  • Mix one 25 kg bag with the recommended quantity of cold water.

  • Use a slow-speed electric mixer (max 500 rpm) with a spiral paddle.

  • Add powder gradually while mixing for at least 3 minutes until a uniform consistency is achieved.

  • Do not use aluminum paddles.

  • Do not add extra water or other materials.

  • For best results, mix full bags only.

Mixing Ratios:

  • Dry Pack / Trowelable: 0.09 W/P Ratio

  • Plastic Consistency: 0.10 W/P Ratio

  • Flowable: 0.11 W/P Ratio

  • Highly Flowable: 0.12 W/P Ratio

Application
  • Allow the mixed grout to stand for 5 minutes before use to release air bubbles.

  • Pour into the prepared area, ensuring the shortest flow distance.

  • Displaced air must escape freely.

  • When base plate grouting, maintain sufficient head pressure for continuous flow.

  • Minimize exposed surface areas to reduce shrinkage.

Layer Thickness:

  • Minimum: 10 mm per pour

  • Maximum: 50 mm per pour
