IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO DURACRETE F is a cementitious, silica fume, and polymer-containing one-component pore sealer and finishing mortar.

Directions for Use
Pre-Treatment
Substrate must be clean, sound, and free of oil, grease, loose material, or dust.
Plug active water leaks with IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO FASTFIX-100 (ultra-rapid setting leak-plugging mortar).
Use preparation methods like water-jet washing or blast cleaning to remove contaminants that reduce adhesion.
For hot climates or absorbent substrates, pre-dampen the surface before application (SSD condition).
Avoid standing water or surfaces that are dark-matt/wet.
Mixing
Mix one 25 kg bag with the recommended quantity of cold water.
Use a slow-speed electric mixer (max. 500 rpm) with a spiral paddle.
Add powder slowly while mixing for at least 3 minutes until a smooth, homogeneous, thixotropic mortar is achieved.
Do not mix at higher speeds to prevent loss of strength.
Application
Apply using trowel, spatula, or wet spray.
Smooth surface with wooden/synthetic float, styrofoam block, or sponge once the mortar begins to set.
Do not add extra water, as it can cause discoloration.
Recommended layer thickness:
Minimum: 1.0 mm per layer
Maximum: 5.0 mm per layer
Curing Treatment
In hot or dry conditions, protect surface from rapid drying.
Use light water fogging for 48 hours or apply a curing compound (e.g., IZOZENĀ® IZOCURE).
Do not start curing until the mortar has reached its final set.
