Directions for Use
1. Preparation of Substrate
Substrate must be clean, sound, and free of dust, oil, grease, paint, or loose materials.
Surface should be dampened before application (avoid water accumulation).
Remove rust, scale, and any materials that reduce bonding.
2. Application
Add IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO LATEX to the mixing water of mortars.
Mixing ratio of latex to water: 1:1 up to 1:5, depending on technical requirements.
Always pour the latex-water solution first into the mixer, followed by cement and aggregates to avoid lumps.
Fields of Application
- Bonding layers between old and new concrete.
- Repair mortars and thin layers.
- Wear-resistant, dust-proof floor screeds.
- Waterproof cement mortars.
- High-strength and water-impermeable plasters.
- Chemical and petroleum-resistant mortars.
- Grouting mortars for natural stones.
- Grooves at wall-floor junctions.
- Patch repair mortars.
- Tile adhesives.
