IZOZEN® FLEXPRO STUCCO
IZOZEN® FLEXPRO STUCCO is a ready-mixed, premium-quality cementitious fine finishing coat. It is suitable for skim coating both interior and exterior surfaces. The product spreads easily, dries quickly, and can be sanded to achieve a smooth, level surface ready for priming and painting.
Certified according to EN 13963 and classified as a Type 3A jointing compound for gypsum plasterboards (bedding and finishing compound). CE marked.

Directions for Use
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure substrate is clean, free from dust, oil, grease, and loose materials.
Cavities in concrete should be filled using IZOZEN® FLEXPRO DUROCRETE or cement mortar improved with IZOZEN® FLEXPRO LATEX.
Starter bars and spacers should be cut back 3 cm and holes filled accordingly.
Construction joints should be opened in a V-shape (3 cm depth) and filled.
Wall–floor junctions must be rounded smoothly with cement mortar improved with FLEXPRO LATEX.
For masonry walls, joints should be filled before application or a mortar layer applied.
2. Application
Apply using a trowel with dragging technique in two coats.
Second coat is applied after the first has dried.
Once dried, smoothen the surface with sandpaper before priming or painting.
