IZOZENĀ® FLEXSTOP SWELL 2010 is a high-performance polymer-based hydrophilic sealing strip. It swells in contact with water, filling gaps and forming an effective waterproof seal.

Directions for Use
1. Substrate Preparation
Surface must be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dust, or loose material.
Minimum concrete compressive strength: 20 N/mmĀ².
Fill cavities with IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO DUROCRETE or cement mortar with IZOZENĀ® FLEXPRO LATEX.
Ensure smooth concrete surfaces before placing the strip.
2. Application Guidelines
Place in the center of the concrete structure.
Maintain concrete cover:
Reinforced concrete ā 8 cm minimum cover each side
Unreinforced concrete ā 15 cm minimum cover each side
Apply a thin layer of adhesive on the bonding surface. Allow 5ā20 minutes drying time before pressing.
Do not nail or shot-fire directly to concrete.
At corners and intersections, butt-join strips tightly. No hot welding required.
