IZOZENĀ® POLYMER-MODIFIED SEALER (PMS)
IZOZENĀ® POLYMER-MODIFIED SEALER (PMS) is an environmentally friendly, mineral-filled asphalt emulsion pavement sealer blended with polymers and surfactants. It offers:
Superior adhesion, flexibility, and durability
Higher solids and faster drying compared to standard sealers
Protection and beautification for asphalt pavement
Compatibility with sand/aggregate for enhanced performance
PMS meets ASTM D8099/D8099M-17 standards and complies with FAA Item P-623 specification for Emulsified Asphalt Spray Sealcoat.

Directions for Use
Substrate Preparation
Ensure the substrate is clean, free of oil, grease, loose material, and dust.
Pavement repairs must be completed with hot or cold asphalt mix.
Fill cracks using IZOZENĀ® hot pour or cold applied crack fillers.
Mixing Procedures
For every 100 gallons of PMS:
PMS: 100 gallons
Sand (40ā70 mesh): 200ā400 lbs.
Note: Mix design may be adjusted for local pavement conditions.
Application Methods
Apply with mechanical squeegee/brush equipment or spray equipment with continuous agitation.
For large areas, truck-mounted or self-propelled squeegee/brush equipment with multiple applicators is recommended.
Hand squeegees and brushes may be used for small or restricted areas.
